This week’s Tuesday Tease features one of the longest running names in the electronic music world: Thievery Corporation. The D.C. based musical duo is currently on tour with their 7th studio album, “Saudade.” The entire album is dedicated to the Brazilian Bossa Nova musical styling’s that first brought the DJs together. Speaking of Brazil, here’s a fun fact: the album’s title comes from the Portuguese word for “a longing for something or someone that is lost, a contented melancholy, or, simply, the presence of absence.” Take a listen, find a friend and grab your tickets–you don’t want to miss out on this one.
