The Grand Opening of Micci Marmalade Fashion Boutique was a hit! Women and men gathered from all over Houston on July 27th, 2011 to watch the official ribbon cutting for Micci Marmalade. What is Micci Marmalade, you ask? Well, playing on the notion that every woman has a stylish, confident and fun alter ego, founder Ronda Whiteing seeks to help women tap into her own “Micci Marmalade.”  This cozy European style boutique features modern and fresh fashion from Houston, New York, Los Angeles and London. Fashion forward career women, stylish moms and the college-grad chic can find everything from night-on-the-town tops and dresses to comfy designer lounge wear. Micci Marmalade also offers up a unique selection of jewelry, accessories, lingerie and a custom line of bath & beauty products. Nestled in between the Galleria and Highland Village neighborhoods, this boutique is a perfect shopper’s getaway! The romantic interior decor laden with lush fabrics and comfortable high-back and benched seating also features a wooden staircase which leads to a chandelier lit second floor loft where elegant lingerie and dressing rooms can be found. Guests were treated to a red carpet experience with light bites, a signature Micci Marmalade cocktail, gift bags and shopping–if you could get in! The event was so packed that security had to hold women at the door!  As a fashion boutique that compliments Houston’s international culture with it’s carefully chosen trends from all around the world, Micci Marmalade is a boutique that promises to quickly become each woman’s go-to shop for all the essentials she needs to reignite her already stunning look.
