The Wind & The Wave is an Austin, TX based duo. Dwight Baker & Patricia Lynn met in 2009 after Dwight saw Patty perform in the opening band slot for his friend’s show. He was captivated by her musical style and soon after, the duo formed. Through banjos, guitars, and powerful lyrics, The Wind & The Wave are rooted in the Texas Rock & Country musical vibes. They are currently on tour and will be playing Austin on May 18th. Keep an eye on them as their tour dates expand. I’m sure you’ll be seeing a lot more of them in the future.
