Hello again music enthusiasts! Today’s #FridayFinds comes from sunny California and she’s making big waves with her debut EP “Promises”. 21-year old unknown, Aryn Wuthrich, aka Ryn Weaver, came out of nowhere, debuting a monster song called “OctaHate” last month. Within 24 hours, she had over 30k+ plays on Soundcloud; within a week, over 300k plays (I believe I was responsible for at least 100+ plays!).

The song also found an adoring army of music celebrities such as Hayley Williams from Paramore, Jessie Ware and How to Dress Well. Intrigued, I decided to dig a bit more and discovered that the song was not only co-written by Weaver and Charli “Fancy” XCX, but also produced by Passion Pit’s Michael Angelakos, Cashmere Cat, and Benny Blanco. With such a talented group of producers and musicians behind her, expect great things from this fantastic new emerging artist.
